How do you know it was seamed on one side? IMO they probably cut strands from the spool of chainette and then attached it to the costume. While I occasionally see seamed fringe that is this long, you'd still have to attach the other side. :google: spool chainette fringe edit to add...

The pieces were probably cut from a spool of chainette fringe and attached to the costume (or what there is of it). I've seen spools on eBay and some other places.

There must be a difference in account types, b/c I have sent payment to others using my bank account, and they are charged a fee for accepting it. A long time ago I do not believe this was the case, but PayPal keeps tweaking its services and fees, so.... :rolleyes:

PayPal DOES charge a fee to the recipient if they use their bank account. There is only no fee if they pay with an existing PayPal balance and call it a "personal transfer".
