Not very dance related - I missed a first class at a different studio because I mixed up two addresses! Went all the way to Tel Aviv for nothing, feeling awful now. Personally Everybody experiences setbacks here and there. I think that you should take a break for a fortnight or so. I once did that when I thought of quitting ballet, and I knew after a fortnight that I simply could not, no matter what, stop dancing ballet. So give yourself some time to think...
