IMO, yes. Sounds more like milonga than salsa to me.

I liked it, BIIT? It sounded and looked more like Salsa than Milonga to me - (eg lots of cross body leads in the dancing) - but none the worse for that.

The music switches to salsa at 2:38, and at 3.30 comes back to a milonga/candombe, but I didn't see any cbl in the dancing...

I liked this quite a bit (to be honest, I thought the saxes were the weakest part, though).
