Villa Urquiza declared "Capital del Tango Bailado"

It appears that the local politicians don't have enough to do and managed to spend time collecting signatures from dancers in Villa Urquiza to officially label it the capital of the tango dance for various reasons. This only gives weight to those who want to further the style as the only "authentic" tango.
