Your favorite tango music?

Are any here fans of the modern tango orquestas? Fervor de Buenos Aires, Misteriosa, Imperial, Los Mancifesta, El Arranque, Amenabar, etc...? Or some of the so called "transition era" groups like Sassone or Salgan?

Remembranzas performed by Los Mancifesta has got to be one of my favorites, closely followed by Adiós Pampa Mia from El Arranque, and then 1,2,3 by Misteriosa.

I like the group Color Tango. Also, I'll make a plug for a (somewhat) local group, Infinitango. I've been to a couple milongas where they played, and they were the best live band I've ever danced to.

Classic tango: Troilo and Pugliese stuff
Milonga: Probably something more modern like Esteban Morgado milongas (like morena)
Vals: welll.....flor de lino is my preferred vals.....
Neo: Foe dancing i really like the Otros Aires stuff...

Until recently, I used to favour instrumental tangos over ones with vocals. But lately I've found some tangos with vocals absolutely breath taking... Among these:
Di Sarli, canta Podestá - Nada, Volver a Vernos
Di Sarli, canta Florio - Porque regresas tú
Di Sarli, canta Rufino - Patotero
Troilo, canta Fiorentino - El Bulín de la Calle Ayacucho, No le digas que la quiero
Calo, canta Podestá - Bajo un cielo de estrellas

ahh Podestá is so awesome, to think that I saw him at the Chicago Tango Festival back in August.......

I like Sasssone; and have Amenabar; and Los Reyes;

but right now I'm listening to Hazmat Modine: Bahamut thanks to Eduardo Bozzo
( it reminds me of a very un -pc joke about two chaps falling from a plane and who hits the ground first * health warning Hazmat Modine isnt quite tango but my friends are getting the cd for Christmas)
