I'm competeing in a syllabus competition and i was looking at some syllabus moves and i don't recognize some of them. where can i get information on what they exactly are and how to do them?

thanks all for replying, i really appreciate it. i didn't even know there were suede heel guards, i just ended up wearing the goofy looking plastic ones :lol: .

i am taking a social dance class in a rec center, and now they are not letting us wear our dance heels because they say that the floor is getting scratched :cry: . i am haveing trouble beleiveing that since they have leather soles and we are wearing heel gaurds. do they actually mess up the floor?
