2007 Boston University Competition

(Yay for first-time posting!)

The date of the competition is Saturday, February 17th, and it will take place in the Metcalf Ballroom, which is on the second floor of the George Sherman Union, at 775 Commonwealth Avenue, Boston, MA.

Hope to see you (and all your friends) there! :)

Isn't it a little strange that they're doing Newbie and Bronze Intl W and T, and Silver Intl W/T, Q? Isn't Q usually offered before T, and always paired with W?

(and has anyone else noticed that you can't say *** (WaltzTangoFoxtrot) anymore here?)

I'm not sure where the foxtrot comes in to question...? <--oh nm just saw the mini-writing on your post ha

Makes sense to me if thats the order they teach the dances in to their newcomers :D I kind of wish more comps offered it this way, in newcomer at least, since newcomers often take easier to tango than any of the others and they're less likely to panic at competition if they don't have the one-two punch of WQ, I think. Now if only it could be QT but they have to be thrown into the waltz sometime I guess haha

I think she means the acronym (typically used for expressing anger/confusion), as in w t f?!

Right. I used it in a post last night and it was asterisked. Guess the mods have r e f r e s h ed their naughty words list.
