Hi, I just got this email from Sherry Churchill of USA Dance:

INTERCONTINENTAL DANCE FESTIVAL 2008 CANCELLED

It is with great regret that we announce the cancellation of the 2008 IDF in Daytona, Florida.

Sad, but expected. IDB seems to be taking IDF's place anyways..

Its felt like IDF has been trying to appeal to too many different crowds without actually satisfying any of the needs. I hate to see it cancelled but I think they need to re-think their approach and goals.
