2008 MAC dates announced

Just got an email from NYUSABDA announcing the dates for the 2008 MAC as Jan 18-20. This is contrary to some of the early rumors floating that it was changing to February. I'm glad to see an official word and that its remaining in its usual weekend (since all the Feb dates I had heard mentioned would have conflicted with rather major events.)

The emails from NYUSABDA doesn't mention that the 2008 MAC is the USA Dance NE regional, but the referenced discussion board thread on their site states thats it "slated to be the NE Regional". I'm assuming this means its not 100% official yet, they probably just have a few i's to do and t's to cross....

The dates I had heard mentioned for MAC if it changed to Feb would have had it conflicting with either Eastern US DSC, or La Classique... so I'm very glad to see it remain on its traditional weekend in Jan.
