2026 Competition Opportunities

I was on the floor last year at Ohio after midnight with awards around 12:30 AM. Smooth is getting so popular! I keep hoping organizers will push it more toward the weekend so I can rest!

it becomes less likely in the weekend when it's that popular it seems. They want pro events to happen saturday evenings, and Smooth events when it's too big takes both day and evening.

I was told Wed evening, Standing Room only. NDCC keeps getting bigger every yeat.
I was also told the World Championships are a big financial commitment, ony a few countries can afford it.

I didn’t know that was even allowed! (And for once I didn’t pull up the NDCA rulebook to find out)

At Nashville Starz, I danced my solo at nearly 12:30 am one year. My first heat was at 7 am the prior day. Then I had to drive home after awards. Didn’t get home until nearly 4 am
