Sounds like a syllabus to me...
No one here ever argued against a particular teacher having a lesson plan with certain goals and objectives. It would be ridiculous to assume that we want teachers to be flying by the seat of their pants. All the arguments against a "syllabus" were against a one-size-fits-all syllabus; particularly when such a proposed syllabus is just a catalog of various moves and step combinations.
