96 years in one house!

Just read this article. Mr Baker has lived in the same house for 96 years! I am 'flabbergasted' :lol: partially because the longest I have lived in one place is circa three years and the shortest... we won't go there... :lol:

He has been married for 68 years and they stayed on in the house.

Mr Baker has lived his entire life in the same two up, two-down which his uncle bought for 130 pounds around the turn of the last century.

That's really cool. My grandpa built our house back home, and my mom lived in it for a long time. But not that long! We sold it awhile back. Otherwise, I haven't lived in a house longer than I'd say maybe ten years and I don't think even that if I do the actual calculation. So, I understand where you are coming from Pacion.
