There are older figure skaters like that (although not many like the venerable Protopopovs, former Olympic and world pairs champions who were still skating as guests in ice specials at 80 or so). At a less exalted level, there are women who attend my drop-in adult ballet class whose age you would never guess if you were standing behind them. And I visited a circus arts school recently because I'm thinking of taking their classes, and saw students of 60 to 70 up on the trapezes and rope spinning, and only when they came down to floor level and you saw their hands and necks did you realize their age. It's possible, but you have to work at it, preferably without slack years inbetween youthful competition age and financing your passion out of your pension.
