American Smooth Competition in England

Has anyone heard that the Bill and Bobby Irvine Awards Competition (which seems to be affiliated with Arthur Murray, but I'm not sure how), will include an event in American Smooth? The comp will be held next Friday, in London. John Kimmins, Sam Sodano and Brian McDonald are among the organizers. I wonder which couples will dance Smooth.

Oh wow - this looks VERY promising!!!

Smooth danced in England... Professional... wonder who is going - hopefully it is some of the good ones so they can showcase this beautiful sport!

Did anyone notice the package prices? It seems to be a lot worse than most NDCA pro/am comps in the states......which is already outrageous.

I knew the Park Lane Hilton was expensive, didn't realise it was that bad!! There are other hotels around which are not so bad, but it is about the most expensive part of London.
Good luck to anyone who can afford to go!

visiting u.k.
