Maybe you can give us some club info or links on places to dance over there. I've been to Singapore 5 times- I often stop over for a day on the way to Europe. Never been dancing there, though. Usually hang out at Boat Quay for beers...

Dancing and dance lessons are very expensive there, from what I've heard. Is that true, Timmy84? What's it like?

For services (incl. dance instruction): yes (lessons are very inexpensive)
For everything else: no

I paid more than double what my shoes were worth when I bought them here. But I felt like it was necessary to try them on before I bought, instead of just mail ordering them.

Hi pygmalion, Not really true. It has this dancing package for students or soemthing so its kinda affordable. Like 10 lesson for $100 last u for 3 months duration. So yeah
