Just wondering if anyone else has sold a dress with them and asked for cash (check) payment instead of a merchant credit. If so, how long did it take you to get your payment?

I have done business with Dore' for a long time and have always found them VERY prompt with all their services. Have you called the shop? PM me if you need the number.
I think they have moved to a new facility in the past 2-3 weeks. Perhaps that is the problem?

I have called and emailed in the past. Just called and emailed again today. Haven't heard anything back since this morning. It's been 4 months though...
edit: just got an email reply, finally saying checking is going out today. fingers crossed until I get it in the mail. 4 months for a check was a loooooong time.

dore' sold a dress for me for in house credit...it sold rapidly for a good price...they were great...they have recently moved and had some other challenges...their customer service is generally optimal...I have two other dresses currently on consignment with them
