Are you a femme fatale?

Even if you are not, and you give the boys a chance,
what is your best dance or figure for showcasing femininity?
That's assuming you have not arrived at the dance in a dress plunging so far south that boys have no chance of concentrating.

showcasing femininity...hmmm...I'd say the closest I get to that is a back bend...for a variety of reasons...other than that, I honestly never even think about it

Sorry Soulmate, I´m by no means a femme-fatale, nor a woman too, but for me "showcasing femininity" takes place off the dance floor. On the floor it´s too much ritualized.

what is being sent and what is being heard can be vastly different

woman: smiles ( "hes standing up straight")
man: smiles ( "she wants me")
woman: winks ( "coach told me to wink here")
man :winks( "she really wants me")
woman looks away ("what the he!!is he thinking")
man :looks away ( "she wants me so bad she cant look at me")

close really close LLOOLL

I always find that I get the most stares and looks when I do something that jumps out at the audience... actually this weekend I sort of jumped at a judge (accidentally of course, he was standing right in the corner that I wanted to go to) and I smiled at him kind of a scheming/sexy smile and he smiled back and then I went on with my dancing. But whenever I have stuff and I go into the audience a little and let them know that I know they are there I get so many cheers.

What I've seen that can be really impressive/attention-catching is any move that shows off flexibility - people love seeing women do splits in smooth/latin/rhythm (not sure how you could pull one off in standard, haha). Particularly if it's either a sudden out-of-nowhere move, or one that slowly melts into the ending position. Back bends and high kicks/developpes have a similar but not quite as dramatic effect.

I also really like swivels for that sort of sensual vibe.

I got that cheer when I went into my sudden split in foxtrot this weekend. Wasn't expecting that much excitement. haha
