The wardrobe department of So You Think You Can Dance urgently needs somebody to bring a pair of shoes from New York to LA for Dmitry Chaplin. The shoes have to be there by 3pm (LA time) on Monday. If anybody knows anyone that is flying from NY to LA TODAY (Sunday) or early Monday morning, please contact 212-691-3221 or 212-691-1934 (WorldTone Dance New York) as soon as possible! You will have a chance to meet Dmitry personally backstage during a live taping!!

This is a serious request. I work at WorldTone, and we need somebody urgently. Please call only if you sincerely want to help. Thanks!

This is urgent? You would think a show like that would have enough shoes for their contestants. Weird. :rolleyes:
 
Fedex doesn't do Sunday pickups at all, and Notably Unique does not carry International. However, the problem is fortunately solved. Thanks for all your input!
 
Oh, that's right -- they only added Saturdays now. Sorry about that! I'm glad you got it solved!
 
for future situations - both Fedex and UPS have a little known or used same day pick up and delivery service throughout the US, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Its expensive, but sometimes its priceless to have something there the same day - so use your mastercard:)
