What is Pre-Novice?

It's a combined bronze, silver, gold syllabus amateur event. In my area, it's only at the NDCA comps.

Levels:
Pre-novice
Novice
Prechamp
Champ

Like MOS, choreography is limited to syllabus. But pre-novice limits the dancer proficiency level to gold and below. So yes, kind of.
