bachata/merengue versions of Borracho y Loco?

I've been trying to find different versions of the song "Borracho y Loco" for some time. I've heard a merengue version at the bar, and a bachata version is playing in this video (url at end of post). What's stopping me though, is knowing the artist. All my searches by just the title bring up the original artist, Enanitos Verdes. Does anyone know what CDs contain/what artist did the different versions?

Here I come to save the world!!

I went through the same challenge a while ago. The song is actually called Lamento Boliviano and is sung by Toque de Keda. I like the bachata, it's superb. However I dislike the extra garbage such as talking over the song at the beginning and the voice quality is not as in the original.

If anyone has a "professional"/clean/neat bachata rendition of this song please let me know.
