Ballroom Motivations

After spotlight dance with Red a young fellow commented he wanted to learn to do that. Stunned so bad I just grinned all over. So far to go...
 
there is always the next level, you cannot truly say i have learned foxtrot, can you? there is always a new level of technique, presentation, musicality, communication with your partner... you name it. I love this about dancing: the learning is endless
 
running on motivation fumes here....not that there isn't anything around that is motivational, but having trouble connecting to them this week.
 
two coaching sessions last night with a teacher from Europe, new level of understanding about my frame in standard, great boost of motivation, money well spent
 
Pro's new partner.. she is my age (18 months younger) and is so talented and accomplished at such a young age, she is my biggest inspiration right now.

Getting greeted after a dance, students will come and say

'Mom I love you'
