Best styling and spinning videos?

I'm considering buying two videos one specifically to improve my styling and the other one for my spinning, what would you guys recommend? I've heard that Josie's styling video is really good and Eddie's spinning video was helpful, do any of you guys own these and if you do, would you recommend them?

well i used Seaon Bristol spinning video 1 & 2 and eddie the freak´s world famous spinning video.
Seaon's video is a set of exercises for spinning. I like them So you can train alone (roughly first video) and then with partner. www.seaonstylist.com But for ordering maybe better use Albert Torres Website.

Eddie's video is a set of tips about spinning. Not so much exercises like Seaon but it is complementary. Also some valuables hints. www.salsaweb.com
