Blackpool DVD Question

Did they do DVDs for Blackpool in 1998? WSS only did VHS until around 2004...
I know I'm sad and tragic, but it's been a number of years since I last enquired about this, so I thought it may be worth a revisit . . . anybody out there got the goods?
Does anybody even know if they recorded Under 21 as early as 1998? This was the year that Eugene and Maria won. I know they were recording some parts of the festival, as from a previous enquiry I made on this forum, I managed to get hold of a copy of the professional Latin from 1996 - I just have no idea if they recorded all of the events at that time or not. So theoretically, what I'm looking for may not even exist at all . . . but if anybody could track it down for me, I'd be willing to pay a very generous price, or swap something nice for it!

In 1996 they sold a pro tape, a rising stars tape, and an amateur tape. In 1999, they sold those three plus an under 21 tape. That doesn't answer your question about 1998, but it might narrow it down.
Not exactly what you're looking for, but Eugene/Maria were in a Latin comp as amateurs (but competing with Pros) on US TV back in 1998. I can't remember if it was PBS or another network, but they did a nice profile on them. I recorded it on VHS if you want me to dig it out.
