Categorisations of leading: physical leading/ shaping leading/ allowing leading

Have you ever come across any of these terms to categorise the kinds of leading? I did a quick search and couldn't find anything. I'm so excited I want to learn something anew. I'd never have expected to be curious once again...It's so nice to learn isn't it?

DVIDA tries to divide leads into four categories (weight change, shaping, physical, visual) but they have trouble sticking to them.

Their definition of a physical lead seems to be just moving your arm. Blech.
