Chicago Crystal Ball 2009

sigh...I tried on 2 of my dresses last night only to discover that I have at least 10lbs to lost before Chicago which is not that bad except that I am on a 10-day vacation starting later this week. And after writing the check for Chicago, don't think I will be in the market for gown shopping anytime soon, plus I still have a brand new one to wear, just need to trim down a bit. ;)

OTOH, still thinking of one of the gowns a DFer is selling, nicely priced too.

btw, found some very good deals at the Westin, looking at $89/night + tax including breakfast. :)

ps. started out at $116.10/night, then found $198 for two night, and now $178 for two nights even with breakfast. I must be good at this

Nice standardgirl. I think best I found when reserving room for AAC (which is also at that Westin) was 95/night. and then ended up coming back early from kuwait so not needing hotel room anyway. :)

It's interesting that the $89/night is the cheapest I found (on Westin website) which happens to include breakfast and is refundable. Wasn't lookigng for breakfast to begin with since I get it free with my SPF status anyways. But hey, this breakfast rate is even cheaper than the fully prepaid room only rate at $119, and the AAA refudable room only rate of $116.10. Don't know what the hotel is thinking, but I am happy :raisebro:
