I don't really like necklaces (plus I don't have the straightest line up my spine to my neck--working on it!--and don't like to have that emphasized). Are there any alternatives for decorating my neck, chest, shoulders? I've thought about generously sprinkling glitter or making rhinestone "tatoos." But I don't think I've ever seen anything except necklaces. Is there anything else I can do that would look good (for smooth and for rhythm)?

Be an individual- try those rhinestone tattoos. Just because you haven't seen it doesn't mean it's a bad idea. In fact- I'm sure you've seen some things that ARE bad ideas (like orange tans, LOL)!
