Competition fees?

My partner and I have danced USA Dance comps for a few years and are planning on trying am-am at an NDCA event.

We can't figure out the fee structure though. USA Chicago for example was $100 per person period - dance as many heats as you wanted as long as you were age eligible.

The menu for the NDCA event is a bit confusing to us. Could somebody give a brief breakdown of am-am costs at a NDCA comp? I see $30 listed per event for example, but it's not clear if that's per person or per am-am couple. Do you have to buy admission to the sessions if you're competing? Do we need to buy NDCA memberships?

We thought we'd ask here before calling the organizers. Thanks for any info and your patience.
