Anyone know what dresses are allowed at the pre-bronze adult level in the UK? I have just done my introduction medal test and passed, so will be dancing at the intro level in the next Blackpool com. I have only ever danced in the university competitions and the rules are fairly different there.

Are you doing ISTD medalist? If it is, you are allowed to wear any dress you like in terms of stoned/unstoned. You see girls in social dance test wearing vesa dresses next to girls wearing unstoned dresses from ebay/amazon.

Your teacher will know for sure. I know the uni comps are restrictive in terms of rhinestones - I don't think other adult comps are.

UKA is unrestricted apart from under12's. I did pre bronze at blackpool UKA and got cheap dresses which was what most in my level wore or second hand dresses
