Cuban style salsa and ET On2

I don't remember if we have a thread on this already...

Are there any similarities between Cuban style salsa and ET's On2? If so, other than the music (!) what are they?

:D

Both styles complain, criticize about, and claim superiority over LA On1?

(on a more serious note, I've seen in some Eddie Torres' performances, he did some pretty complex hand and arm moves which make me think of Cuban style)

How about Cuban contratiempo & ET2? I know that the styles are soooooo different in what they focus on, but atleast contratiempo and ET2 are closer in footwork/floorcraft/foot placement (can never remember which means what).
