dance exercises

in order to a. get a work out (cardio) and b. drill on dance skills.... does anyone know some good excercises to do (like drills for a sport)?
 
I run (have been for 20 years, only dancing for 2). The running doesn't do much for my dancing skills but at least it is good for my stamina. I can do a six mile run after work on Friday and dance for a couple of hours that evening. However, the Saturday morning run, then, is a little tough.
 
I think that any group exercise along the lines of aerobics, tae bo or a myriad other aerobic exercises would be useful for both base-fitness as well as flexibility and body-control...

I don't know of any dedicated ballroom/latin exercise programme, but I used to go to a dance-club where the warm up would be aerobics type excercises, but based on (latin) dance steps, e.g. jive basics and/or kicks, samba voltas, cha cha locks, rumba walks etc.

I can't recall having done anything similar with ballroom steps, and I think it might be more difficult to do in a way that does not look absolutely ridiculous ;).
