Dance marathons

I have an opportunity for something like a dance marathon coming up this weekend. A local charity fundraising event, workshops all afternoon (salsa, cha cha, son, rueda, mambo on2...) then straight into a salsa night. 12 hours in total. Doesn't seem much if you consider what we do on congress weekends, so I'm thinking about doing a "12 hours on the dancefloor" fundraiser, except that there are not break times for refuelling... :?
That would be rough, no breaks for water, toilet, givin' the feet a rest. Do they actually expect people to do this non-stop? I can't imagine doing a decent salsa routine for an hour without a stop for fluids!

Well, the event itself is not organised as a marathon, so doing it as a marathon is entirely up to me... I think nobody would object to me drinking or running to the restroom, but people may think queuing at the bar to buy water or leaving the venue to buy a sandwich would invalidate the "marathon"...? I think I'll need someone to get those things for me.

Or you could strap on some sort of water bottle apparatus. Don't know how you'd deal with the restroom issue out on the dance floor, though!
