Dance Scene in NC

I know we have some df'ers from NC here...so, where are the best dance scenes? I'm staying in the Greensboro area right now, but have been told the Raleigh area might be better. I didn't bring my shoes (should have given the nice hardwood floors in my brother's house ), but will next time for sure.

Dance scenes as in social dances?... not sure I'm the right person to give advice about that, ha. How long are you in town? Raleigh is about 1.5 hrs to your east, and Charlotte is about 1.5 hours to the south. There's also a couple of dances in Durham. If you need some coaching while you're around... I could definitely help point you in the right direction for that

Coached there a few yrs back, studio has latin club during weekend-- Coco Loco ?. Think they ran dances on w/e . Owner is lady, and in to comp.work (intern ) her name is Terry
