I'm sorry if this is not the right place on the forum to post my question. I looked and didn't find any links to studios in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area.
I've taken Tango, Swing, Salsa, etc. lessons before, but my fiance is brand new to dance (though he's excited to learn!). I've never taken lessons at the corporate chain places. I seemed to have always found the "local community" for the style of dance. But since we want to learn a variety of styles for our wedding, I'm not sure if finding the local community for every style of dance would be practical or even possible. This isn't something we want to do for 8 weeks and that's it. It's something we want to stick with for years out of great personal interest, aside from the upcoming wedding.
Can anyone recommend any studios in the area that we should go visit? Should we go ahead and check out the corporate chains such as "Fred Estaire" dance studio? Does anyone know of local "community" dance studios that cover a variety of dances?
Thanks so much!
