i saw some of the advice you gave on how to grind and stuff and i took some of that advice but i think i could use a little more advice on that...i feel stupid standing in front of a mirror moving back and forth (with my knees lol not my hips) but i have homecoming in a few weeks and i know NOTHING...last year i got through homecoming because my girlfriend couldnt go but this year i think she will be going and i dont wanna look completely horrible in front of her because i know shes a good dancer and i dont even know how to do the electric slide and other little dances like that...i wanna know how i should dance/grind with her and how to dance just alone...anybody that could give ANY advice at all would be a GREAT help...

You can learn by copying people on the dance floor or by trying moves at home but the absolute best way to learn how to dance is to take lessons! 8)

I had the whole electric slide typed out, but realised that parts of it could be wrong. I know there are sites that show you how to do it, and if I had someone to videotape my fat feet, I'd show you (still might tomorrow), but if you do a search for electric slide, it's a very easy dance- it's one of the first I learned eons ago.

If you can't find it, let me know.

I believe there's also quite a bit of information on the Electric Slide or where to find choreography within the Country Western posting board...

WElcome to df....

electric slide? I believe that there was a hip-hop version on the site bustamove.com...try that...

If you don't, then why mention it? I wasted like forty five minutes on it, and THEN, because I was worried it might cause YOU problems, I refrained from posting it until I got it right. It's stuff like this that makes people refrain from helping anyone. It's called time-wasting. And, I'll guarantee you won't even be here in two months. You'll go somewhere else, get your quick fix, and we'll never hear from you or half these others coming in here "Quick, I need a miracle"-ers. It's vexing. Some day, when you know something, and someone asks you to share it, you'll see what I"m talking about.

Do your own homework. :google: We're not your instructors.
