I said what I said because I have had several female tango friends complain and point out to me that this guy (and that guy) stroked, touched, messed with, caressed, moved, etc, etc... their hair. They found it creepy and revolting.
Oooh, ick, yeah. Caressing, stroking, playing with...definitely off limits, definitely creepy. Definitely. Moving...meh...so long as it's blatantly functional, and generally we can tell the difference.
