Hmmm ... sometimes it could be late at night and sleep is better then resolving certain issues immediately. Then they can be resolved in the morning with a fresh perspective and more energy.

As is usual, there are exceptions to most rules and opinions.

I read something similar in an Anthony Robbins book recently. He said that you can change your life in an instant by making a decision to change and then acting immediately on that decision, in even the smallest of ways.

So I decided to try it, and it works, IMO. More details later. :wink: 8)

I recently found this quote by Anthony Robbins also:

"A real decision is measured by the fact that you've taken a new action. If there's no action, you haven't truly decided."

I agree with it 100%
