you crack me up. :P

ThreeStep! Awesome! Good luck and happy dancing! (I'm not going, K & I aren't quite up to travelling yet.)

I'm not up for traveling either. Especially since we're driving.

And especially since I just got back from driving to seattle on Monday.

And especially since I do most, if not all of the driving.

And especially since I'm especially good at complaining, apparently.

We be driving up Friday day, and dancing Friday night in the amateur smooth championships. It should be fun, since we get to catch the Louis/Julie show.

Drive On!!!

Oh yes! I think they started dancing together in March? Since everyone is incognito here I won't name names, but if I did name the name you'd probably recognize hers. And the dancing looks great, too.

Just got here.... I'll rinse up go get a bit to eat, and head down to the ballroom for the evening session for the evening session.

Come say hello D4L! :D

That was a quick trip.... sorry, didn't note all the results from Fri night; was in and out changing and getting ready etc.

Some results I do remember:

Ama Standard:
1. Alex and Tiffany Fung
2. Ikaika Dowsett and Diana Surkis
3. ?
4. ?
5. John Selby and Claire
6. Yaniv Inbar and Adriana Pacheco

Ama Smooth:
1. Robert and Borbala Bunnett
2. Hans Lim and Keynes Pun
3. Porfirio Landeros and Laetitia Santore
4. Howard Narvaez and Fonda Chu
5. Greg Brittain and Carolin Hayes

Pro RS Latin:
1. ... and Monika
2. Marcus Johnson and Yuki Haraguchi
Not sure of the rest...

Pro RS Standard:
Not sure (sorry)

The promised Louis and Julie show didn't happen; instead Lacy Schwimmer and another couple did two swing-WC-ish show routines.

The ballroom was very nice, the lights were especially good; vendors were in a separate area - nicely organized, congrats to Igor and Irina!
