At Aldi discount grocers, when you get a shopping cart, you have to insert a quarter in to the lock contraption thingy, and then lock your cart back to the other carts when you're done to get your quarter back. Sometimes I simply catch another shopper heading towards the store and give them my cart, along with my quarter. If someone does this for me, I try to do it for the next.
