I just came back from a camp and we had a really good dance teacher that showed us the dances to some songs that I don't really know the names of. They sort of sound salsaish and are in spanish so I put this here. I want find out what they are really called and download their mp3s. One is called peachy peachy or something like that. One is ani megusta or ani me gusta or anee me gusta or whatever. One is in spanish but the name is just a sound like bomshi bom. One Im pretty sure is called latinos but I cant find it and the last one sounds like a drunk guy singing and yelling "hey!" every few seconds. If someone could find out the names I could post their dances which are really fun.

Welcome Danel Kayam. Goodluck in finding out the names of the songs. You have to admit, there is not much to go on, but, DFers have managed on even less information before

Perhaps next time, you can ask the teacher? I try to remember to do with when the DJ places a song I really like but a) either I don't remember or b) the music is so long anyway, I don't remember what he/she said a few minutes later

(there is never a paper and pen around when you need it! )

This is the only use I have for the voice recorder function of my mobile phone. I either record the title if I ask or sample a bit of the music for later review. :)

Yay one down thanks jenibelle its called son latinos by Proyecto Uno! The dance is pretty easy you start by a step right every beat for 3 beats then clap then you do the same left then the same back then slide forward back forward turn kick and repeat im not sure if it is really salsa but oh well its fun.
Edit:Only the first part is downloaded the beginning sounds different but I am still pretty sure it is the right song.
Double Edit:Download finished right song yay thank you!!!

:D this is very common in our local salsa scene.
The dance we do to it is a couple of steps right I forget how many then three kicks steps left arms down then up and you yell hey. You do this twice then swing your arms in a semi circle a few times to the right and left then do the thing you do to say someone is crazy twice then arms up lean back and swing your arms. The dance teacher's brother, my friend told me that these songs are popular in salsa clubs. He isn't answering to my emails though. Im pretty sure that song begins with a b since the dance teacher is also the camp D.J. and at a dance type thing he first played boulevard of broken dreams then the song went on. Also the song sort of sounds like someone humming it loudly like buddum bum bum bum bum bum bum buddum buddum sort of sounds If this laptop only had a microphone I could hum it and post it. Also the peachy peachy song is about a dog and goes like peachy peachy peachy peachy peachy peachy peachy on and on really fast then they say something. The ani me gusta also has a part where they say in spanish con la mano con la otra mano con el brazo con el otro brazo then con la pierna con la otra pierna then say say something like baila baila something something then there is a part where they say italiano something then do the same hand arm leg thing in italian then in italian they say something francais and it goes to french then they say americano de la something and it goes to english with the hand hand and the other hand with the arm arm and the other arm with the leg leg and the other leg then they dont say anything. For the bomshi bom one it sort of sounds like bomshi bomshi bom bom bom then theres a hand clap sound which is how the dance goes. Your arms go back you back clap then front clap with the person next to you then you turn around and do the same thing.
