I was poking around on youtube earlier today and found a couple of videos of Ricardo Montalban and thought, WOW, was he ever a good dancer... Perhaps they should get him on DWTS one day...

Correct. I just looked it up and he's been confined to a wheelchair since a 1993 spinal operation left him paralyzed from the waist down.
