Anyone have opinions on the difference between Russian and English style of latin? Many many of the top trainers nowadays are English, but the dancers are eastern European. I personally see the two style have merged, but i still see an big different between the dancer who emphasis lines with legs and feet strength and dancers who use body and rotation much more.
The Danes have a very powerful tradition in ballet (especially for jumping), but I don't know if that is translated into ballroom.
