Female Partners compromise more?

Replying to another thread the thought crossed my mind that females (at least here) are probably more willing to compromise on style and location than Men would.

Because we have so many girls looking for partners (I know 2 girls who have been trying for 8 months and 1 year respectively) I think that we would travel to a different studio, or give up a style just so we could finally have a partner and compete.
Ive seen a few girls disappear from the studio when they find a new partner, to studios that are very far away for them, and Ive seen new girls from distant studios who make the trip here many times a week to train with their partner.

I have yet to see it the other way around.

Thoughts?

I have, but just once...it didn't last, though.
There was another case when the guy travelled to another city to practice, but that probably doesn't count since they were dating and she didn't have a car....
In general though, I tend to agree with you.

I agree with you about style but I think the primary reason is different.

Men do the leading, so ultimately they determine the style.

Also, men are more stubborn.

Regarding location, I've seen moves in both directions (to the male partner and to the female partner), and they have always been to the partner with more income - so that might not be a sex thing.
