Flat Feet

Hi,

Anyone know of an effective way to provide extra arch support in dancing shoes? I have a bit of a flat foot/feet. But the orthotics I currently have are way too stiff, any suggestions?

I use Superfeet. You can get them from REI.
I dance in "street shoes" or cowboy boots.

walk barefoot as much as you can. Run barefoot or with minimal shoes if you have time.

I found that dance sneakers gave more arch support but with flexibilty than dance shoes.

Get professional advice from a doctor
