Completely off track with a big holiday brunch and a blueberry cocktail

For the portion size, fat free hardly makes difference. E.g. fat free milk.

As long as you are an average adult with no chronic disease, if you keep your carbs and fats intake within moderation no harm done.

FDA in 60s gave fats a bad name. That resulted in the processed industry overloading food on carbs and corn syrup. Amount of carbs and sugar in average American diet, good found on supermarket selves, and processed food is too high. On top of it the serving portions in the USA are a lot bigger than rest of the world. Leading to overeating.

The 401k management company from an old job called. They’re transferring management to another company and gave me the chance to order a distribution. I worked at the associated job for 2 years and the 401k is now worth more than one years’ salary, which I’m rolling over into my own IRA.

I always knew that job had good money managers for their retirement account. Empower, for anyone setting up a 401k for their company.
 
Watching grandbabies today so it went like this...630am: coffee with skim ...10 am to 11am bites of strawberry pop tart....130 to 230: maybe 4 meatballs.. 630 pm tiny ramkin of burnt shells with Alfredo sauce.....random sips of water and unsweet tea throughout day
