Forums web site change?

So some time this morning www.dance-forums.com stopped working with my browser. I was using Mozilla 1.7.2 for Mac OSX. I upgraded to 1.7.3, same problem. I tried using Safari 1.2.4, same problem. It seems the only browser I've got that works with this web site now is Internet Explorer.

Why is this? What changed? Is the server purposely rejecting all non-Microsoft browsers? If so, why? It was working fine this morning.

The behavior I am seeing is that when I try to go to www.dance-forums.com I get nothing back at all in Mozilla. In Safari, I get a message saying:

Safari can't open the page.

Safari can't open the page "http://www.dance-forums.com/" because it could not load any data from this location.

The weird thing is that the Travel Forums, which I assume are hosted using the same server software, still work fine for me.

Nope, still having the same problem. I've even quit and restarted my browser, and even rebooted my machine.

That's what I'm thinking...the numbers of new posts seem to be really really low compared to what we usually get.

The server was upgraded this afternoon. That seemed to go just fine, but there have been very few posts since. It looks like a lot of people can't access the site.

Yep, back sitting in front of a computer all day for work. I enjoyed my little cleaning business stint, but it kept me away from DF for far too long!

Forum Problems

Dance-Forums is also not working with Opera 7.54 :cry: ... I can only get it to work with IE.

Obviously whatever has caused the problem knows better than to mess with Pygmalion :lol:
