I believe EVERYONE should dance with beginners. All beginners could use the practice and the encouragement, and we were all beginners once.

Indeed! I dance with a few newbies/beginners every week, when not dancing with my wife, because I was there once, but also, I figure that if I can lead them through some basics while not frustrating/confusing them, then I will improve my leading skills.
