Hey, I was wondering how do you actually grind? I've been going to clubs recently, and notice grinding is a common dance between two people. I have never grinded with a person and I have no clue how to do it. If a girl asks me to dance, I usually don't grind with her, but just dance normally. So can anyone give me a detailed explanation of front to front and back grinding. Thanks.
