Have you met people in your life whose has similar B-Days?

Well..I have a birthday coming on Tuesday. I'm going to have a birthday party next weekend with three other people whose birthdays are from Aug 31st to Sept 10th.

Interesting...I have met many people in my life whose birthdays are from late August to Mid September. As a matter of fact there were four people from my office whose birthdays were the 25th, 26th, 27th, and 28th. I'm going to a B-day party today for one of my co-workers.

I wonder for people whose birthdays are on a different part of the year have the same experience. I find this very fascinating...because it tells me what kind of people I attract in my life and who I make real connections with.
 
"Birds of a feather flock together"? Maybe the line of work you are in attracts people who share the same birthday period/horoscope :wink:

I am Librian - a lot of Librians tend to work in the arts (film, television, paints etc), politics :shock: , lawyers :shock: :shock: and social services. I am neither. :oops: But I do share my birthday with Catherine Zeta Jones, Michael Douglas, Christopher Reeves and there are a few other who I don't remember who are within a day or four. :lol:

(PS. For those who know of her, Margaret Thatcher aka "The Iron Lady" and the first Prime Minister of the UK, is Librian too (and was a lawyer - not sure if she practised much as a lawyer before she became a politician) :D )
 
I don't remember the exact number. It's been a disgustingly long time. But I remember from my college freshman statstics class that the probability of meeting someone with your exact birthdate in a specific group of people is actually quite high. (Uugh! Don't feel like doing statistics this early in the morning!!!!)


And yes, to answer your question, I used to work in a group of twelve people. Four of us had birthdays within a week of each other. One birthday on March 13, one on March 15, and two, including mine on March 20. We had a blast that week. A weeklong celebration.
 
A person who I mentored has the same birthday as me. It's a weird little running joke because we both look somewhat alike though with a gap in ages (8 years), that I'm supposedly this person's father.
 
Since I had gone to college before enlisting, I was a few years older than most of the other students in Air Force tech school. On the first day of the first lab class, we partnered up into pairs. A few days later, I overheard somebody ask my partner how old he was: the same age as me. What year? The same as me. When he mentioned the same month as me, I asked him which day.

My lab partner, picked virtually at random, had the exact same birthdate as me.

Yes, one of the ladies at the dances has her birthday on the same day as mine as does the son of a couple who are long time friends of my parents. I think my cousin's ex-wife's birthday is also on the same day as mine; July 23rd.
 
I assume my brother having the same birthday as me doesn't count, since we are twins... (for enquiring minds around here, we look nothing like each other and are polar opposite in just about every way -- one of the reasons why I don't take holoscope seriously). Apart from my brother, I don't know anyone who shares the same birthday.

A former colleague of mine, her hubby and one of her children were all born in January, and her other child in early February. Another former colleague, who was friendly with her, had the same birthday as her.
 
That reminds me of the story I read in some women's magazine or the other (For Women First, I think) about a woman who had all three of her children on the exact same date, with a couple of years between each birth year. She and her husband speculated that it was because they took their annual summer holiday the same week each year. :raisebro: :lol:



I'll have to google and see if I can find her story again ... If I remember correctly, I read it sometime in 1998. Hmm...
 
Yes Yes Yes, I have 4 close friends having birthday +/- 3 days of my own birthday!! (and my birthday's coming up next month!) :)

I know 3 people born on 8/19.
I also have 3 friends with birthday on 7/5.
I know a couple whose children's birthdays are 4 years and 4 days and (almost) 4 minutes apart. (I don't think we can get down to precision of 4 seconds here :shock: :shock: )
