May be I should strap-on a small pillow Does such a device exist? Or order some prosthetics from Hollywood.

There are pregnancy bellies available. They're designed for husbands to wear for a little while so he can see what the pregnant wife is going through with her changed physique.

They would be more stable than a pillow and a belt, but heavier. I knew a guy that surprised the Lamaze teacher by doing squats and pushups while wearing one. A lot cheaper than something Hollywood would make.
