Help with a bachata!!!

Hi everyone, I'm new here and I was wondering if you could help me with a song title.
I've heard it the past couple weekends, but for some reason haven't asked the dj for the name!
It's a bachata and in the chorus they sing something like "nina nina nina" or "mia mia mia"
Does anyone know what I am talking about? Thank you sooooo much!

I'm sorry for such a vague question. I just found out the name is "Amarte es un placer." I heard one version by Luis Miguel (the original?), which was more of a ballad than a bachata. Do you know who sings the bachata?
